醋氨己酸锌治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的十二指肠溃疡

目的 :观察醋氨己酸锌 (ZAC)治疗幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)阳性的十二指肠溃疡 (DU )的疗效。方法 :胃镜证实的 6 2例Hp阳性DU ,随机分为 2组 :ZAC组 32例 (男性 18例 ,女性 14例 ;年龄 31a±s8a) ,应用ZAC 0 .3g ,po ,tid ;胶态次枸橼酸铋(CBS)组 30例 (男性 16例 ,女性 14例 ;年龄 30a± 9a) ,应用CBS 0 .2 4g ,po ,bid ;2组均同时应用雷尼替丁 0 .15g ,po ,bid。疗程均 4wk。结果 :溃疡愈合率ZAC组为 4 3% ,CBS组为 4 2 % (P >0 .0 5)。临床疼痛症状缓解情况近似。Hp根除率ZAC组77% ,CBS组为 75% (P >0 .0 5)。不良反应发生率ZAC组 13% ,CBS组 4 6 % (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :ZAC和CBS对Hp阳性的DU有相似的作用。

Zinc acexamate in treating duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori

AIM: To observe the efficacies of zine acexamate (ZAC) in the treatment of duodenal ulcer (DU) with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) . METHODS: sixty two patients with DU were randomly divided into groups. ZAC group of 32 patients (M 18, F 14; age 31 a± s 8 a) received ZAC 0.3 g, po , tid for 4 wk and colloidal bismuth subcitrate (CBS) group of 30 patients (M 16, F 14; age 30 a±9 a) received CBS 0.24 g, po , bid for 4 wk, all patients of 2 groups were received ranitdine 0.15 g, po , bid at the same time. Before and after treatment, the endocopy examintion histologic examination and Hp urease activity test were detected. Ulcer healing rate, symptoms healing rate, Hp eliminate rate and adverse reactions were observed. RESULTS: There was no difference in ulcer healing rate (43% vs 42%, P >0.05) and Hp eliminate rate (77% vs 75%, P >0.05), but adverse reactions of ZAC group was lower than that of CBS group (13% vs 46%, P <0.05). CONCLUSION: ZAC is as effective as CBS in the treatment of DU with Hp .
