| 摘 要： | 非甾体类 (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug,NSAIDs)是消化性溃疡的独立发病因素之一,已引起广大临床工作者的高度重视,为使临床过程中合理使用NSAIDs类药物,最大限度地避免相关性溃疡的发生.本文就近年来关于NSAIDs相关性溃疡的发病机制、高危因素、临床表现以及防治方面的研究进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | At present, more and more doctors have paied attention to the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs), which is a risk factor for the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer. In order to avoid the occurance of peptic ulcer related to NSAIDs, we should prescribe NSAIDs exactly. This review is about the recent studies on the pathogenesis, risk, symptom, prevention and treatment of peptic ulcer induced by NSAIDs. |
