摘    要:目的采用RP-HPLC法测定创口贴吸水垫中葡萄糖酸氯己定的含量。方法本实验采用Waters XTerraRP18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水-三乙胺(56:44:0.1,用磷酸调pH至3.0),流量为1.0mL.min^-1,柱温30℃,检测波长为254nm,用外标法测定。结果葡萄糖酸氯己定在4~24μg.mL^-1范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为0.6%。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,适用于该制剂的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine Chlorhexidine gluconate in Absorbent wound pad paste by RP-HPLC.METHODS A Waters XTerra○RRP18 column was used (250mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-triethylamine(56∶44∶0.1,adjusted to pH of 3.0 by phosphoric acid)and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30℃.The UV detection wavelength was 254nm.The external standard method was used.RESULTS The Chlorhexidine gluconate curve was linear in the range from 4 to 24μg·mL-1(r=0.9998)and the average recovery was 100.9%(RSD=0.6%).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,reLiabLe and suitable for the determination of Chlorhexidine in Absorbent wound pad paste by RP-HPLC.
