阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

目的 比较阿立哌唑与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响.方法 将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别给予阿立哌唑、氯氮平治疗6个月.用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定精神症状,用世界卫生组织编制的生活质量量表(WHOQOL100)评估生活质量.结果 阿立哌唑对阳性症状、一般精神病理和PANSS总分改善与氯氮平相似,对阴性症状改善明显优于氯氮平.阿立哌唑对生活质量方面除精神支柱外均非常明显地提高,且在生理领城、心理领城和独立性领域明显优于氯氮平.结论 阿立哌唑更有利于改善精神分裂症患者的生活质量.

Comparative Study of Influence of Aripiprazole on Life Quality in Schizophrenic Patients

Objective To compare the quality of life in schizophrenic patients treated with aripiprazole and clozapine.Methods 60 schizophrenic patients were treated with aripiprazole or clozapine randomly for 6 months.The symptoms of schizophrenia was assessed with the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),the quality of life was measured with WHO quality of life scale(WHOQOL100).Results The degree of the improvement of positive symptoms,general psychiatric pathology and the total score of PANSS in aripiprazole group was similar with clozapine group,but the degree of the improvement of negative symptoms in aripiprazole group was higher than clozapine group.Aripiprazole can significantly improve every aspects of patient's life quality except domination,and aripiprazole was superior to clozapine in improvement of schizophrenic patients quality of life in aspect of physiology,psychology and independence.Conclusion Aripiprazole is favorable for schizophrenic patients to improve quality of life.
