摘    要:目的建立HPLC法测定青蒿琥酯中的有关物质。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用ODS-3柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(磷酸二氢钾1.36 g加水1 000 mL,用磷酸调pH至3.0)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1 mL.min-1;柱温30℃;检测波长为210 nm,进样量40μL。结果主峰与杂质峰可有效分离,检出限为37.5 ng。结论本方法灵敏、简便、准确、快速,可用于青蒿琥酯中有关物质的质量控制。 更多还原

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method with gradient elution to determine of relevant substances in artesunate.Methods The sample injection was 40 μL achieved on an ODS-3 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)at 30 ℃,eluted with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer(diluting 1.36 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate in 1 000 mL of water,adjusting pH to 3.0) by gradient,detected at 210 nm at 1 mL·min-1.Results The method showed a good separation between the main peak of the sample and other impurities with the LOD of 37.5 ng.Conclusion The method is sensitive,simple,precise,and quick,which may be used for the quality control of artesunate.
