六安市金安区市售奶粉质量现状分析

目的了解市售奶粉质量现状,为开展食品安全监管提供依据。方法以调查表的形式对金安区经销奶粉的超市、门市部进行调查,并随机抽取奶粉样品,进行脂肪、蛋白质指标检测和分析。结果2004、2005年六安市金安区市场奶粉脂肪、蛋白质指标合格率分别为55.5%、92.5%(P<0.005);2004年城区、农村市场奶粉合格率分别为83.3%、37.0%(P<0.005)。不合格奶粉产地多分布在黑龙江、内蒙古、浙江、福建和河南等地。结论奶粉质量状况2005年比2004年好。偏远的农村地区监管不力,仍有劣质奶粉存在。

Quality Bralysis of Retail Products of milk Powder in Jinan District,Luan City

Objective To identify the quality of market milk powder in order to improve food safety.Method Standard questionnaire was used to investigate supermarkets and groceries selling milk powder in Jinan District and randomly select samples to test fat and protein contents.Results There were more than 60 different brands in 2004 and more than 30 in 2005.The proportion of good quality was 55.5% in 2004 and 92.5% in 2005,P<0.005.In 2004,the proportion of good quality was 83.3% in urban areas and 37.0% in rural areas,P<0.005.Most low quality milk powders were from Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Zhejiang,Fujian and Henan province.Conclusion The quality of milk powder was better in 2005 than in 2004, better in urban than in rural areas.Through supervision and inspection,the quality of milk powder was improved,but there were still low quality milk powder in the rural markets.
