大剂量激光治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效的临床观察

目的观察超激光疼痛治疗仪对原发性三叉神经痛的治疗效果.方法 80例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用大剂量激光治疗,对照组采用神经阻滞治疗.结果 1.二组患者三叉神经痛发作频率、疼痛持续时间、疼痛程度与治疗前相比有显著差异(P<0.01),研究组与对照组各观察指标间无显著性差异.2.研究组无明显副反应,对照组有一定危险性.结论 SL可有效治疗原发性三叉神经痛,具有无创性、安全性及可控性高的特点.

Clinical treatment effect of super lizer HA-550 on patients with primary trigeminal meuralgia

Aim Observe the treatment effect on primary trigeminal meuralgia by super-lizer HA-550.Methods 80 patients of primary trigeminal meuralgia were randomly divi ded into a observation group and comparison group.Patients in observation group were treated by super-lizer,the others were treated by nerve block.Result (1) The number of trige m inal meuralgia attack,duration and degree of trigeminal meuralgia were all reduced obviously after the treatment in two groups(P<0.01).No significant difference were found between observation group and comparison group.(2) There were no obvious side-effects observed in observation group,but the method used in comparison group were invasive and therefore may be dangerous.Conclusions SL could treat trigeminal meuralgia effectively.It had advantages of no invasion,safely and high controlability.
