微血管减压术中岩静脉切断的可行性研究

目的寻找岩静脉和其他静脉之间的吻合支,为临床手术中切断岩静脉提供解剖学依据。方法通过解剖7颗成年国人男性尸体头颅,用丝线结扎岩静脉远端后,先向岩静脉中注入一定压力的,含有蓝色乳胶专用色浆的生理盐水,再注入蓝色乳胶,观察岩静脉与小脑和脑干其他引流静脉之间的回流和吻合情况。结果在9侧岩静脉中6侧有吻合静脉存在,吻合支存在率为66.7%。结论岩静脉被切断后,多数情况下通过该侧岩静脉引流的静脉血可以通吻合静脉经其他途径回流而不会导致严重后果。

A Study of Feasibility of Cutting off Petrosal Vein during Microvascular Decompression

Objective To find the rami anastomoticus between petrosal vein and other veins,and provide anatomical basis for cutting off the petrosal vein during the operation. Methods Seven formalin-fixed male cadaveric heads were dissected. The proximal parts of the petrosal veins were ligated. The draining veins of the cerebella and brain stem were observed when the first normal saline and then saline containing blue pigment were injected into the petrosal veins. Result There were rami anastomoticus between the petrosal vein and the other veins in 6 of 9 petrosal veins which were successfully dissected in this study. Conclusion In most cases,it is safe to cut off the petrosal vein during the operation when it hinders the operation.
