| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢动脉疾病诊断中的价值。方法：对临床疑诊下肢动脉病变者76例进行彩色多普勒超声检查。结果：76例患者中发现阳性结果65例，其中动脉粥样硬化21例，血栓闭塞性脉管炎15例，糖尿病下肢动脉病变29例。结论：彩色多普勒超声可区分各种下肢肢动脉疾病并评价其严重程度，是一种无创伤、实时而又敏感的诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound(CDU)in diagnosis of arterial diseases in the lower extemity.Methods:Seventy six cases with clinical lower limb arterial diseases were examined by CDU.Results:Sixty-five positive cases were found in 76 cases:21 areriosclerosis,15 thromboangiitis obliterans and 29 diabetes mellitus.Conclusions:CDU is a non-invasive,realtime and sensitive method to detect arterial diseases in the lower extremity. |
