S100β蛋白、NSE与急性缺血性脑卒中的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:通过检测急性缺血性脑卒中患者血浆S100β蛋白、NSE水平,探讨其动态变化,为临床诊断、治疗提供依据。方法:选择急性缺血性脑卒中患者(151例)为研究对象,未卒中患者(100例)作对照,血浆S100β蛋白检测采用ELISA法;NSE采用电化学发光法。行头颅核磁共振检查计算脑梗死体积大小,按美国国立卫生研究所中风量表(NIHSS评分)进行神经功能缺损程度评估。结果:(1)S-100β蛋白与HDL-C负相关(P<0.05),与TC、LDL-C正相关(P<0.05)。(2)急性缺血性脑卒中组血浆S100β蛋白、NSE水平1 d~7 d明显高于对照组(P<0.05),14天恢复正常水平。(3)血浆S100β蛋白、NSE水平随脑梗死体积增加而呈递增趋势(P<0.05)(4)血浆S100β、NSE水平随神经功能缺损程度增加而呈递增趋势(P<0.05)。结论:急性缺血性脑卒中患者S100β、NSE蛋白水平明显升高,其与脑梗死体积相关,与神经功能缺损程度相关。

Abstract:Objective:By detecting level of plasma S-100 β-protein and NSE in patients with acute ischemic stroke,to discuss the dynamic changes and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and therapy.Methods: 151 cases suffered with acute ischemic stroke were selected as experimental group and 100 cases as healthy control group.Level of S-100 β-protein was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Level of NSE was detected by electrochemical luminescence method.The size of infarct volume was calculated by cranial MRI,and the degree of neurological deficit was assessed according to the U.S.national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS scores).Results:(1)S-100 β-protein and HDL-C negatively correlated(P<0.05),while S-100β-protein and TC,LDL-C positively correlated(P<0.05).(2)In 1 d~7 d,plasma S-100β-protein and NSE levels in acute ischemic stroke group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and they returned to the normal level on the 14th day.(3)Plasma levels of S-100β-protein and NSE showed an increasing trend with the increasing degree of infarct volume,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Plasma levels of S-100β-protein and NSE showed an increasing trend with the increasing degree of neurological deficit,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: In acute ischemic stroke patients,S-100 β-protein and NSE levels significantly increased,which was related to the infarct volume and neurological deficits.
