跟骨关节内骨折保守治疗与手术治疗疗效对比

目的 比较关节内跟骨骨折保守治疗与手术治疗的治疗效果.方法 2007至2010年114例关节内跟骨骨折患者回顾分析,122例患者划分为2组,手术组62例,保守组60例.结果 手术组比保守组的资料结果在减少疼痛,肿胀,关节活动范围受限,跟部增宽,术后骨质疏松,有统计学意义不同(均P＜0.01).结论 关节内跟骨骨折切开复位内固定可能是首选方法.

Operative compared to conservative treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures

Objective To compare outcomes of open reduction and internal fixation of calcaneal fractures with that of conservative treatment.Methods Since June 2007 to 2010,with open reduction and internal fixation and conservative method for treatment accompanied the 122 cases of calcaneal fractures were retrospectively analyzed.The operation group included 64 patients and conservative group included 60 patients.Results The results showed significant difference between outcomes of surgical treatment and nonsurgical method(P<0.01).There were some differences between two methods in terms of decreasing pain,swelling,increased range of motion of the joints,decreased late osteoarthritis in favor of surgical group(respectively,P< 0.001).Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation of calcaneal fractures may be the preferred method of treatment.
