老年上消化道出血患者的病因分析

目的 探讨老年上消化道出血的病因,并就相关因素进行分析.方法 对同期因上消化道出血在我院住院的218例老年患者及186例非老年患者的临床资料进行统计分析.结果 老年组胃溃疡、胃癌致上消化道出血及不明原因出血的发病率高于非老年组.老年组的十二指肠球部溃疡发病率、幽门螺杆菌感染率低于非老年组；老年组肝硬化致上消化道出血发病率与非老年组相似.结论 老年上消化道出血中,胃溃疡、胃癌以及不明原因出血者高于非老年组.

Comparative analysis of the causes and the relevant factors of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly

Objective To explore the causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly patients and to analyze the related factors in these patients.Methods To statistically analyze the dinical data of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients at a certain period,including 218 cases of elderly patients and 186 cases of non-elder patients.Results As compared with the patients in non-elder patients,higher incidence caused by gastric ulcer,gastric cancer induced upper gastrointestinal bleeding and the undetemined causes were observed in the elderly patients.The elderly had a lower ineidence of duodenal ulcer and infection rate of helicobacter pylori than the non-elder group.There was no statistical significance in incidence caused by liver cirrhosis between the elder and non-elder patitents.Conclusion As cnmpared with non-elder patients,higher incidence caused by gastric ulcer,gastric cancer and the undetermined causes were observed in the elderly patients of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
