摘    要:目的:探讨NADPH-氧化酶抑制剂二苯基碘(DPI)对软脂酸培养下胰岛细胞的影响。方法:体外培养胰岛细胞INS-1,分为空白对照组,软脂酸组(0.25mmol/L),DPI作用组,培养24h后,取上清液测定胰岛素水平及谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:软脂酸可使胰岛素分泌量减少,GSH-Px浓度下降,MDA含量增加,DPI可以明显抑制软脂酸引起的上述变化。结论:NADPH-氧化酶抑制剂二苯基碘对软脂酸导致的胰岛细胞损伤有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Diphenylene iodonium on islet cell culteued with palmitic acid.Methods:The cutueled islet cells(INS-1)were divided into 3 groups:normal control group,palmitic acid(PA) group(0.25mmol/L),DPI group.The level of insulin,GSH-Px and MDA in Culture supernatant were measured when cultrued for 24h.Result: Palmitic acid had the effects of inhibiting insulin secretion of pancreatic islet cell,reducing the concentration of GSH-Px and enhancing the level of MDA.This change were inhibited by DPI.Conclusion:DPI-protected islet cell against injury induced by palmitic acid through inhibiting oxidation.
