社区护士对老年骨质疏松症的预防干预

骨质疏松症已成为全球重大公共卫生与健康问题之一。本文作者总结自己多年社区护理中的工作经验,提出通过健康教育使骨质疏松症患者改善生活方式,改变饮食习惯,进行合理运动及科学锻炼,从而降底骨质疏松的危险因素和预防其并发症,维护病人身体健康。

The prevention and intervention of osteoporosis in the elderly by society nurses

Osteoporosis has become one of the important public health problems worldwide.The authors of this paper summarize long-term work experience being as society nurses.They also point out that osteoporosis patients should ameliorate life style,change diet habit,excise properly to decrease the risk factors for osteoporosis,to prevent its complication,and to maintain the health of patients through healthy education.
