Quadrant通道下微创经椎间孔椎体融合术治疗下腰椎疾病的研究

目的研究Quadrant通道下微创经椎间孔椎体融合术(TLIF)治疗下腰椎疾病的优缺点及治疗效果。方法选取2009年2月至今,我院11例下腰椎疾病患者,接受Quadrant通道下微创TLIF手术治疗。结果术后随访1～13月,平均随访8.5月。11例患者症状均明显缓解,疗效按Nakai分级评定均为优。结论 Quadrant通道下微创TLIF手术治疗下腰椎疾病,在体现微创理念的同时,降低了手术的学习曲线和难度,是一种安全,有效,值得推荐的微创术式。

Studies on minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion in the treatment of low lumbar disease via Quadrant tube

Objective To evaluate the advantage and efficacy of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(TLIF) in the treatment of low lumbar disease via Quadrant tube.Methods From Feb 2009 to present,eleven cases of low lumbar disease were surgically treated by the technique of minimally invasive TLIF via Quadrant tube.Results Eleven cases were followed up for 1 to 13 months(average 8.5 months).The results assessed by Nakai criteria were excellent in all patients.Conclusion The technique of minimally invasive TLIF via Quadrant tube well represents the idea of minimally invasive spine surgery and reduce the height of learning curve of the surgery.It is a safe,effective and recommendable minimally invasive spine technique.
