CXCR4和MMP-13在非小细胞肺癌中的表达

目的 检测趋化生长因子受体4（CXCR4）和基质金属蛋白酶-13（MMP-13）在非小细胞肺癌中的表达，探讨二者与非小细胞肺癌临床病理特征的关系，以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测75例非小细胞肺癌及50例正常肺组织中CXCR4和MMP-13的表达，探讨二者与肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移的关系。结果 非小细胞肺癌中CXCR4和MMP-13表达的阳性率明显高于正常肺组织。CXCR4和MMP-13的表达与非小细胞肺癌的胸膜侵犯、分化程度及有无淋巴结转移密切相关，非小细胞肺癌中CXCR4和MMP-13的表达呈正相关。生存分析显示，CXCR4和MMP一13高表达患者的预后差。结论 非小细胞肺癌中CXCR4和MMP-13高表达，二者共同促进肿瘤的发生发展，联合检测CXCR4和MMP-13可能与患者的预后有关。

Expressions and its significance of CXCR4 and MMP-13 in non-small cell lung carcinoma

Objective To investigate the protein expressions of CXCR4 and MMP-13,observe their relationship and clinical significance on development and metastasis in non-small cell lung carcinoma.Methods The protein expressions of CXCR4 and MMP-13 were detected by immunohistochemistry in the non-small cell lung carcinoma and normal lung tissues.Their expression relationship and different pathological characters were analyzed in non-small cell lung carcinoma.Results The protein expressions of CXCR4 and MMP-13 were higher in the neoplasm than in normal lung tissues.Their expressions were correlated with pleura invasion,differentiation and lymph node metastasis.Positive correlation between CXCR4 and MMP-13 protein was found in neoplasm.Conclusion The higher expressions of CXCR4 and MMP-13 were found in non-small cell lung carcinoma.The synergistic effect of CXCR4 and MMP-13 may promote the development of neoplasm.
