加压钛板内固定对颌骨骨折愈合促进作用的临床研究

目的:对比探讨加压钛板内固定对颌骨骨折愈合促进作用的疗效。方法:将颌骨骨折患者88例分成两组,其中观察组48例行加压钛板内固定,对照组40例行上、下牙弓夹板固定。对所有患者进行2～3月的随访,对比两组患者的临床疗效,复发率,抑郁状态量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分变化。结果:两组间相比,观察组患者的复发率、SDS和SAS评分均优于对照组,且观察组患者临床疗效的总有效率为95.8%,高于对照组的85.0%。结论:运用加压钛板内固定对颌骨骨折,临床效果显著,能够显著减少患者的并发症,并通过一系列生物力学作用,提高患者的优良率,以便使其负性心理减轻。

The research of pressurized titanium plate in the role of promoting mandibular fracture healing

Objective: To compare and investigate the methods and effect of pressurized titanium plate in the role of promoting mandibular fracture healing.Methods: 88 cases with mandibular fractures diagnosed in our hospital recently were divided into two groups.The Observation group of 48 cases was taken with pressurized titanium plate,and the control group of 40 cases was taken with the arch splint.After 2~3 months of follow-up,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,the recurrence rate,the change scores of the depression scale(SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) for the two groups was compared.Results: Compared between the two groups,the relapse rate in patients with SDS and SAS score in the Observation group were better than the control group,and the total effective rate of the clinical efficacy in the Observation group was 95.8%,higher than the control group of 85.0 %.Conclusion: The use of pressure fixation with titanium plate mandibular fracture has a significant clinical effect,and it can significantly reduce complications in patients.By a series of biomechanical role,it can improve the excellent rate of patients in order to reduce the negative psychological relief.
