| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨眼球钝挫伤引起的前房积血的治疗方法。方法:对56例眼球钝挫伤前房积血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用保守治疗和手术治疗。结果:39例患者通过保守治疗,前房积血3～10d吸收;17例手术治疗,行前房穿刺冲洗术14例,行小梁切除术3例。眼压恢复正常,前房积血吸收,Ⅱ级以下原发性前房积血无并发症,视力恢复良好;Ⅱ级以上挫伤性前房积血,伴有继发性出血及并发症者,及时手术等综合治疗,视力恢复。结论:挫伤性前房积血早期治疗选择好手术方法可获得良好治疗效果。

| Abstract: | ·AIM:To investigate the treatments of ocular contusion induced hyphema.·METHODS:The clinical data of 56 cases with traumatic hyphema were retrospectively analyzed.We adopted conservative treatment and surgical treatment.·RESULTS:Hyphema of 39 cases was Absorbed 3-10 days after conservative treatment.Surgical treatment was performed on 17 cases,of which 14 cases received anterior chamber puncture,3 cases underwent trabeculectomy.IOP was recovered and hyphema was Absorbed after surgery.Anterior chamber hyphema of the cases at grade Ⅱ or below had no complications and visual acuity recovered well.The visual acuity of those cases over grade Ⅱ and accompanied by hemorrhage and other complications recovered after timely surgery.·CONCLUSION:Surgical treatment is a good way to treat traumatic hyphema at early stage.· |
