| 摘 要： | 本文分析了1986年单胎臀位分娩234例,经产妇90例,初产妇144例。完全臀位87例,足(膝)位95例,单臀位40例,记录不详的12例。其中剖腹产29例围产儿无一例死亡,经阴分娩205例,围产儿死亡11例,死亡率为3.85%。臀位牵引并发新生儿窒息及死亡率均较臀位助产、剖腹产高。讨论了剖腹产指征和经阴道分娩的估计。

| Abstract: | In this paper,234 cases of single-fetal breech deliveries in 1986 are analized.Of them,90 cases are multiparas,144 cases primiparae.Among the 234 cases,there are 87 cases of complete breech presentations,95 cases of footling presentations and 40 cases of frank breech presentations.Am- ong these cases,none of the 29 perinatal infants by cesarean section died, 11 perinatal infants of the 205 cases by vaginal delivery died.The death rate is 3.85%.Both asphyxias of newborn infants complicated by breech extraction and the death rate caused by it are higher than those by assi- sted breech delivery and cesarean section.The indications of cesarean section and estimations of vaginal delivery are also discussed. |
