肩锁关节损伤的治疗及并发症

肩锁关节损伤一般因肩部创伤所致,常引起局部疼痛和肩关节活动受限及功能障碍。肩锁关节损伤的治疗方法很多,主要包括非手术治疗和手术治疗,在治疗方法的选择上观点并不统一,对于移位较大的损伤,大多倾向于选择手术治疗。两种方法均有一定的并发症,因此,临床治疗中不仅仅要考虑患者的病情及骨折脱位的分类情况,还要考虑患者的经济状况、职业、年龄及主观愿望等情况,进行个体化治疗。现就目前有关肩锁关节损伤的治疗及并发症进行综述。

Acromioclavicular Joint Injury and Complications

Acromioclavicular joint injury( AJI) is mainly due to shoulder injury and often symptomatic of the local pain,limited mobility,and shoulder dysfunction. AJI can be treated in many ways,including nonsurgical regimen and surgical regimen,which varies from surgeon to surgeon. However,the majority of surgeons are likely to treat the AJI surgically. Both regimens have some concomitant complications. Therefore,No only the severity and classification of fracture and dislocation should be considered in clinical practice but also the patient′s economic status,occupation,age,and willingness should be evaluated based on the individu-alized treatment. This paper aims to review in the acromioclavicular joint injury and complications.
