摘 要: | 目的:为水芹总黄酮提取工艺提供依据。方法:采用正交设计法,因素为溶剂用量、浓度、提取时间和次数,以总黄酮及金丝桃苷含量为指标综合分析。结果与结论:水芹总黄酮最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇10倍量提取4h,共提取3次;水芹有效成分金丝桃苷最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇10倍量提取2h,共提取3次。

Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the conditions for the extraction of Oenanthe Javanica(OJ).Methods:The optimum composition and condition for the extraction of OJ were obtained by orthogonal test whose indications were the content of the total flavonoid and the hyperin.Results and conclusions:The optimum conditions for the total flavonoid is adding ten times of 70% alcohol,refluxing and extracting for 4 h,totally extracting 3 times.The optimum conditions for the hyperin is adding ten times of 70% alcohol,refluxing and extracting for 2 h,totally extracting 3 times. |
