| 摘 要： | 本文应用灵敏、特异、简便的套式（Ｎｅｓｔｅｄ）ＰＣＲ技术检测了５３０例新生儿的咽拭子标本沙眼衣原体ＣＴ－ＤＮＡ，其结果为：ＣＴ阳性率为１５．４％，其中阴道分娩占１４．１％，剖宫产占１．３％，城市妇女所生新生儿感染率为６．１％，农村妇女所生新生儿为９．３％。

| Abstract: | We have detected CT DNA of 530 cases of newborn throat swab by using a sensitive ,specific and simple nested PCR technique.The results showed that the total detected incidence of CT DNA in 530 samples was 15 4%,among them ,the cases of vagina birth made up 14 1%,while the cases of caesarean birth occubled 1 3% and the detected rate in the newborns form urban mother was 6 1% of total 15 4%,while 9 3% was the positive rate in the cases from rural mother. |
