| 摘 要： | 本文用自动生化分析仪测定了１００例２２－３５岁的正常孕妇、人工流产６－９周的胎盘绒毛组织乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）、肌酸激酶（ＣＫ）和谷草转氨酶（ＡＳＴ）总活性。其参考值分别为３．０６－５．８８ＩＵ／ｍｇ蛋白；２．１１－３．９９１Ｕ／ｍｇ蛋白：１．７１－３．１９１Ｕ／ｍｇ蛋白。用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定了５０例ＬＤＨ同工酶。巨细胞病毒ＤＮＡ（ＨＣＭＶ－ＤＮＡ）阳性的２份绒毛组织ＬＤＨ总活性及同工酶ＬＤＨ３明显增高。用Ｂｙａｄｆｃｒｄ微量蛋白法测定了绒毛组织的蛋白含量，以酶单位（ＩＵ）／ｍｇ蛋白代替ＩＵ／ｇ湿重，以排除在处理绒毛过程中受称重、研磨程度、丢失和稀释等因素的影响。

| Abstract: | LDH, CK and AST in 100 (6 to 9 weeks) ville tissue samples collected from 100 normalpregnant females (22 to 35 years old ) who wereabortion, are determined with automatic biochemi-cal analyser. The normal reference ranges are 3.06-5.88 IU/mg protein; 2. 11-3.99 IU/mg protein: 1. 71-3. 19 IU/mg protein, respectively. LDH isoenzymes of 50 samples were determined with PAGE. The results of two samples of themare high , prod iminately , which are positive forthe test of HCMV-DNA. We determined the pro portion of proteins in the tissues through the Byad- ford method, replaced the unit of "IU/mg wet" with "IU/mg protein". This method excludes thefectors, such as weighting, mortaring, loses and dilution etc., in the proccessing procedure. |
