后路椎间盘镜在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的疗效

目的评估后路椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近、远期疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2007年1月因腰椎间盘突出症行椎间盘镜手术治疗的患者的临床资料,并对术后患者为期5年的临床随访,了解其近、远期疗效。结果接受后路椎间盘镜治疗的122例腰椎间盘突出症患者,平均手术时间68 min;术中平均出血55 ml;6例出现术后并发症(术中硬脊膜破裂2例,切口感染3例,椎间盘炎1例),平均住院时间8 d,1年内的优良率达到95.9%,5年内的优良率达到93.4%。结论后路椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症较少且轻微,近、远期疗效满意且稳定,在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中是一种安全、有效的方法。

Study on outcome of microendoscopic discectomy in treatment of intervertebral disk herniation

Objective This retrospective study was aimed to evaluate the short term and long term outcomes of microendoscopic discectomy in treatment of herniation of intervertebral disk.Methods Clinical data of 122 patients with herniation of intervertebral disc underwent microendoscopic discectomy in this hospital during January 2003 to January 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The average operating time was 68 minutes,the average amount of blood loss during operation was 55 ml,the rate of postoperative complications was 4.9%,and the mean duration of hospitalization was 8 days.The excellent and good rate was 95.6% in one year and it was 93.4% in 5 years.Conclusion Microendoscopic discectomy in treatment of herniation of intervertebral disk is safe and effective.
