细胞凋亡与肿瘤化疗的研究进展

摘    要:化疗中的耐药性是导致肿瘤治疗失败的主要原因,细胞凋亡通路的异常改变是导致肿瘤化疗耐药的重要原因。现通过总结研究凋亡基因与肿瘤化疗的文献,分析凋亡基因,如Caspase、p53、Bax、Fas/FasLX系统、c-myc、Ras等与肿瘤化疗的关系,以及抗凋亡基因,如Bcl-x、bcr/abl、sur-vivin等与肿瘤化疗的关系,为进一步探讨细胞凋亡与肿瘤化疗的关系提供参考。

Abstract:The drug resistance is the major cause of cancer chemotherapy failure,and the abnormal changes of cell apoptosis path is an important reason.Here is to make a review on the literature of the cell apoptosis gene and cancer chemotherapy to analyze the correlation between them,such as caspase,p53,Bax,Fas,FasLX system,and c-myc gene,Ras genes and so on,as well as anti-apoptotic genes such as Bcl-x,bcr/abl,survivin and so on,to provide a reference to further exploration of the relationship between apoptosis and cancer chemotherapy.
