摘    要:目的:观察纳米活性炭在腹腔及机体各脏器中的分布。方法:取昆明种小鼠经一次腹腔或尾静脉注射纳米活性炭,多次不同时间点解剖小鼠,观察纳米活性炭的去向及在腹腔的存留情况。结果:经腹腔注射的纳米活性炭在腹腔内有明显的淋巴趋向性,腹腔内纳米活性炭有随时间减少的倾向,经静脉注射的纳米活性炭随血液可以分布到全身各个脏器。结论:纳米活性炭在体内有明显的淋巴靶向性,肾脏及肠管可能对纳米活性炭有排泄作用,机体有能力排泄纳米活性炭。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the distribution of the a ct ivated carbon nano-particles (ACN) in abdominal tissues and internal organs in mice. Methods: Mice were injected intravenously and intraperitoneally with the activated carbon nano-particles,and dissected at different time points after injection. Then th e distribution and retention of black carbon particles were observed macroscopic ally and microscopically. Results: The intraperitoneal ACN had obvious lymph-tissue-targeting property. The retention in the abdominal tissu es decreased as time went on after intraperitoneal injection. The intravenous AC N had wide distribution in the internal organs of the mice. Conclusion: Intraperitoneal ACN has lymph-tissue-targeting property and the intra venous ACN has wide distribution in internal organs of mice.
