| 摘 要： | 目的评价规范验光对LASIK疗效的影响。方法首先分别对成人近视患者77例（154眼）进行自然瞳孔电脑验光、散瞳电脑验光和视网膜检影，及复瞳后显然验光的检查。应用NIDEK EC5000准分子激光机行LASIK手术。结果77例（154眼）术后1年，裸眼视力1．2为34眼，1．0为78眼，0．8为25眼，低于0．8为17眼。均获得了术前预矫视力。结论几种验光联合应用为屈光性角膜手术后获得良好视力矫正提供了准确的依据，也避免了单种验光手段所带来的屈光误差。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of standard optometry on LASIK. Methods 77 (154eyes) adult myopic were each examined with four optometries:outorefraction after cycloplegis,skiascopy and subjective refraction,and LASIK was performed with the Nidek EC5000 excimer laser.
