| 摘 要： | 目的探讨用别嘌呤醇降低血清尿酸水平以控制并发高尿酸血症慢性肾病的进展。方法将52例慢性肾病合并高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在对照组慢性肾功能不全治疗的基础上给予别嘌呤醇100～200mg/d。结果治疗组血清尿酸水平、肌酐及尿素氮水平、血压较对照组低,肾功能恶化者较对照组明显下降（P〈0.05）。结论别嘌呤醇可安全有效地降低尿酸水平以保护肾功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the use of allopurinol for the reduction of serum uric acid level in patients with chronic kidney disease complicating hyperuricacidemia so as to delay the progression of chronic renal disease.Methods A total of 52 patients with chronic kidney disease complicating hyperuricacidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group：the treatment group was given allopurinol 100～200mg /d in addition to the chronic renal failuir therapy as adopted in the control group for 12 months.Rseults As compared with the control group,serum uric acid、serum creatinine level、serum bun and blood pressure were lower and the rate of renal function deterioration was significantly decreased in the treatment group（P〈0.05） .Conclusion Allopurinol is a safe and effective therapy for the protection of renal f unction. |
