| 摘 要： | 为切实提高社区卫生服务绩效评价水平，客观评价服务质量和达标程度。从目标和方法上，分析了目前绩效评价所面临的几类问题，并提出电子健康档案对解决绩效评价所面临的问题具有潜在作用。利用完善电子健康档案的部分功能。可形成诸多对社区工作考核有用的客观性评价数据。

| Abstract: | It is new challenge to improve the level of performance evaluation in community health care and evaluate the service quality. The article analyses several major issues about the current performance evaluation in target and method. The electronic health record plays a potential role in resolving the problems faced by performance evaluation. By improving the function of the electronic health records, a number of objective assessment data, which is useful for community service performance evaluation, could be obtained. |
