兔主动脉球囊损伤后TIMP~1的mRNA动态表达

摘    要:目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)mRNA在球囊损伤后的改变及可能作用。方法 在兔腹主动脉球囊损伤的模型上,应用RT—PCR的方法,观察TIMP-1 mRNA在球囊损伤后不同时间的表达情况。结果 TIMP-1 mRNA球囊损伤后第1天表达开始逐渐升高,第4天达高峰。结论 TIMP-1 mRNA球囊损伤后表达逐渐升高,第4天达高峰可能与再狭窄中、后期新生内膜形成及血管重塑有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the alteration and function of TIMP-1 mRNA after balloon injure. Methods The time and spatial course of mRNA expression of TIMP-1 was examined on the model of balloon injure of rabbit aortic artery, with the method of RT-PCR. Results The expression of TIMP-1 mRNA began at the first day after balloon injure, reached the maximum at the fourth day. Conclusion The expression of TIMP-1 mRNA gradually strengthened and reached the maximum at the fourth day. It is concerned with the formation of neointima and vascular remodeling in the middle and late stage of restenosis.
