肛门指力刺激联合开塞露低压灌肠与传统通便技术的临床对比研究

目的：探讨肛门指力刺激联合开塞露低压灌肠对缓解患者腹胀、便秘的效果。方法：选择胸腰椎骨折和胸腰椎手术后合并腹胀便秘的患者150例为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组、对照1组、对照2组各50例,试验组实施肛门指力刺激联合开塞露低压灌肠,对照1组实施开塞露塞肛,对照2组实施1∶2∶3灌肠液不保留灌肠。比较3组患者的首次肛门排气时间、排便时间及首次粪便排出量。结果：试验组患者首次肛门排气时间、排便时间均短于对照1组、对照2组（P〈0.05）,首次粪便排出量多于对照1组、对照2组（P〈0.05）。结论：肛门指力刺激联合开塞露低压灌肠对缓解胸腰椎骨折和胸腰椎术后患者合并腹胀便秘比传统通便方法效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical comparative study of anal stimulation combined with enema glycerine in low pressure enema with traditional catharsis technology

Objective： To investigate the effect of anal stimulation combined with glycerine enema in low pressure enema on abdominal distension and constipation relief. Methods： Thoracolumbar fractures and thoracolumbar bloating constipation after surgery in patients with combined total of 150 cases were randomly divided into three groups. Experimental group received rectal enema force to stimulate joint pressure enema,the control group 1 received enema glycerine,control group 2 implemented nonretention enema with 1 ∶ 2 ∶ 3 enema liquid. Compared three groups of patients observed first flatus,defecation anal first time,the first fecal excretion. Results： In the experimental group patients with anal exhaust time,the first defecation time were shorter than the control group 1 and control group 2（ P 0. 05）,the first stool quantity more than the control group 1 and control group 2（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Rectal enema combined force stimulation to alleviate pressure enema thoracolumbar thoracolumbar fractures and patients with postoperative abdominal distention constipation than traditional methods laxative effect is obvious,is worth promoting.
