同伴教育模式在手术室中职护生临床带教中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨同伴教育模式在手术室中职护生临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2011年10月在手术室实习的38名中职护生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组进行传统的一对一带教方式,试验组运用同伴教育法进行临床带教,于实习结束前2 d进行专科理论、专科护理操作、综合能力考核,作为带教效果评价。结果:同伴教育组临床护理操作能力、专科理论知识考试成绩明显高于同期对照组。结论:同伴教育模式在手术室中职生临床教学中有显著教学效果。

Application of peer education pattern for nursing students application in clinical teaching in secondary vocational schools in the operation room

Abstract:Objective: To explore the application effect of peer educational pattern in the clinical teaching for the secondary vocational school students in the operation room. Methods: Chose 38 secondary vocational nurses practicing in the operation room in October,2011 as objects of study and divided them into control group and experimental group. For the control group the traditional teaching method was used. For the experimental group peer educational method was used for the clinical teaching. Two days before the end of the practice the teaching effect of professional theory,professional nursing operational capacity and comprehensive ability rating were evaluated. Results: The clinical nursing operational ability,professional theoretical knowledge exam results of the peer educational teaching group were obviously higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: The peer educational pattern has remarkable teaching effect in the clinical teaching for the secondary vocational school students in the operation room.
