重症H7N9禽流感患者的院内感染预防措施

本文总结了6例重症人感染高致病性H7 N9禽流感病毒院内感染预防的管理措施,主要通过环境管理、污染物与物体表面消毒、医护人员防护、家属防护及终末处理五个环节采取消毒隔离措施.结果6例重症患者均治愈出院,在住院期间未发生继发感染.无1例医务人员、陪护家属及其他住院患者发生院内交叉感染,有效防止了该病的传播.

Prevention of nosocomial infection and nursing management of infection in 6 patients with severe H7N9

This article was summaried the nursing of prevention of noscomial infection of 6 human infections with high pathogenic H7N9.The disinfection and isolation measures contained the following 5 aspects：environmental management,pollution and the object surface disinfection,medical personnel protection,family protection and final processing.In 6 cases of patients with severe infection had been effectively controlled,cured and discharged.Secondary infection did not occur in them in hospital.1 patient with multiple organ dysfunction,was still in the hospital.No case of medical staff,patients＇ family members and other hospital patients was infection.That can effectively prevent the spread of the disease.
