延续性护理在乙型肝炎患者中的应用

目的：探讨延续性护理在乙型肝炎患者中的应用,旨在提高患者生活质量。方法：选择我院在2012年1~6月收治的126例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各63例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予延续性护理。比较两组患者的生活质量和治疗依从性。结果：观察组患者在腹部症状、疲乏、全身症状、活动、情感功能和焦虑等方面的得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者在按时服药、定期复查、合理饮食、戒烟戒酒和适度运动等方面的依从性明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对乙型肝炎患者实施延续性护理措施,能够明显改善患者生活质量,提高患者的治疗依从性,具有良好效果。

Application of continuous nursing in chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective： To investigate the application of continuous nursing on quality of life in chronic hepatitis B patients,aimed at improving the quality of life of patients. Methods： 126 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients treated in our hospital from January to June in 2012 as research subjects. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,63 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine nursing,the observation group were given the continuity of nursing based on routine nursing. The patients＇ quality of life and treatment compliance in two groups were compared. Results： The scores of abdominal symptoms,fatigue,systemic symptoms,activities,emotional function and anxiety in continuous nursing intervention group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The compliance rates of medication on time,periodic review,proper diet and moderate exercise, smoking and drinking was significantly higher than control group,the differences were also statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The implementation of continuous nursing intervention in patients with hepatitis B can significantly improve patients＇ quality of life and patient compliance.
