不同静脉溶栓时间窗对进展性脑梗死血管再通及预后的影响

目的分析不同静脉溶栓时间窗对进展性脑梗死血管再通及预后的影响。方法选取我院2015年10月至2017年1月治疗的101例脑梗死患者,按照治疗方案分为对照组与观察组。对照组50例,于发病4.5 h内给予重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)溶栓治疗;观察组51例,于发病3 h内给予rt-PA溶栓治疗;比较两组患者溶栓后血管再通率及预后情况。结果观察组血管再通率高于对照组(P>0.05),观察组神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、改良Rankin评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超早期(3 h内)静脉溶栓可以增加患者血管再通率,提高患者预后生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of different intravenous thrombolytic time windows on vascular recanalization and prognosis of progressive cerebral infarction

Objective To analyze the effect of different intravenous thrombolytic time windows on vascular recanalization and prognosis of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 101 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected. According to according to treatment plan, they were divided into control group and observation group.Fifty cases in the control group were given thrombolytic therapy with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA) within 4.5 hours of onset,and 51 cases in observation group were given Rt-PA thrombolytic therapy within 3 hours of onset. The recanalization rate and prognosis after thrombolysis were compared between the two groups. Results The vascular recanalization rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).The neurological deficit score(NIHSS) and modified Rankin score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultra-early intravenous thrombolysis(within 3 hours) can increase the blood vessel recanalization rate,improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
