摘    要:目的研究MRI与PET-CT对早期胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法收集2015年9月至2017年9月经增强CT初筛的疑似早期胰腺癌患者68例的影像及病理学资料,其中MRI组42例,PET-CT组26例。比较分析两组敏感度、特异度、准确度。结果 MRI组病理提示恶性35例,良性7例,其敏感度、特异度、准确度为86.8%、50.0%、94.3%,PET-CT组共26例患者,病理提示恶性24例,良性2例,其敏感度、特异度、准确度为95.8%、66.7%、95.8%。结论 MRI与PET-CT诊断早期胰腺癌都具有较高的准确性。

Abstract:Objective To study the difference of MRI and PET-CT in the diagnosis of early pancreatic cancer.Methods From September 2015 to September 2017,68 patients with suspected early pancreatic cancer were screened by enhanced CT in People’s hospital of Zhengzhou University.There were42 patients in the MRI group and 26 patients in the PET-CT group.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the MRI group,35 cases were malignant and 7 cases were benign.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 86.8%,50.0% and 94.3%.There were 26 patients in the PET-CT group.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 95.8%,66.7% and 95.8% respectively.Conclusions Both MRI and PET-CT have high accuracy in the diagnosis of early pancreatic cancer.
