| 摘 要： | 近年来,超声弹性成像取得显著进展,其中肝脏超声弹性成像在临床应用广泛。脾脏位置表浅,超声弹性成像能获得较准确的脾脏弹性值,因此近年许多学者聚焦于脾脏超声弹性成像的应用研究。国外学者对病毒性肝炎、肝纤维化/肝硬化、门静脉高压症、食管胃底静脉曲张等病人的脾脏硬度变化及正常脾脏硬度进行了研究。文章旨在阐述近年来脾脏超声弹性成像在临床应用方面的研究进展。

| Abstract: | In recent years, ultrasound elastography has made significant progress, in which liver ultrasound elastography is widely used in clinical practice. Spleen location is superficial, and sonoelastography can obtain more accurate value of spleen elasticity, so many scholars focus on the application of spleen sonoelastography in recent years. Foreign scholars have studied the changes of spleen stiffness and normal spleen stiffness in patients with viral hepatitis, liver fibrosis/cirrhosis, portal hypertension, and esophageal-gastric varices. The aim of this article is to review the recent advances in clinical application of splenic sonoelastography. |
