改良S型切口与耳后隐蔽切口在良性腮腺肿瘤切除术中的应用效果及对患者预后的影响

目的比较改良S型切口与耳后隐蔽切口在良性腮腺肿瘤切除术中的应用效果及对患者预后的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月60例良性腮腺肿瘤患者进行研究,其中30例为对照组,在门诊局部麻醉下行耳后隐蔽切口腮腺肿瘤切除术,另30例经门诊收住院为研究组,常规行改良S型切口腮腺肿瘤切除术。比较两组患者手术情况及生活质量。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、治疗费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,研究组美容效果、情绪、疼痛评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组唾液、咀嚼、味觉评分与对照组比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良S型切口与耳后隐蔽切口治疗良性腮腺肿瘤均有显著效果,耳后隐蔽切口术式安全性更高,治疗费用较低,美容效果好,患者预后良好。

Effect of modified S-shaped incision and concealed retroauricular incision on opatients with benign parotid gland tumor and the prognosis

Objective To compare the effects of modified S-shaped incision and concealed retroauricular incision on patients with benign parotid gland tumor and the prognosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with benign parotid gland tumors from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected for study. Among them, 30 cases were treated as the control group and underwent parotid gland tumor resection with local anesthesia in the outpatient department. The other 30 patients who were admitted to the hospital through outpatient were treated as the study group, and underwent modified S-incision parotid gland tumor resection. The operative status, postoperative complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume and treatment cost of the study group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Six months after surgery, the scores of cosmetic effect, mood and pain in the study group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in saliva, chewing or taste scores between the study group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusions Both modified s-type incision and concealed retroauricular incision have significant effect on benign parotid gland tumors, and concealed retroauricular incision has higher safety, lower treatment cost, better cosmetic effect and better prognosis.
