莫西沙星治疗高龄社区获得性肺炎的临床研究

目的分析莫西沙星治疗高龄社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年12月高龄社区获得性肺炎患者82例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组41例,对照组采用头孢曲松钠联合阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用莫西沙星治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果和安全性。结果观察组临床疗效为97.56%(40/41),高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.115,P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为17.07%,显著高于观察组的2.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=0.025,P<0.05);观察组痰菌清除率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=0.023,P<0.05)。结论莫西沙星在高龄社区获得性肺炎中临床疗效确切,安全性好,有推广价值。

Clinical study of moxifloxacin in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of moxifloxacin on aged community acquired pneumonia.Methods Eighty-two patients with community-acquired pneumonia were selected from May 2016 to December 2017, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was trented with ceftriaxone sodium combined with azithromycin, and the observation group was treated with moxifloxacin. The clinical treatment effect and safety of two groups of patients were compared.Results The clinical efficacy 97.56 %(40/41)] was higher in the abservation group than that of the control group 80.49 %(33/41)], and the difference was significant(χ^2=6.115,P<0.05). In the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly more than that of the observation group(2.44 %), and the difference was significant(χ^2=0.025,P<0.05). The removal rate of sputum bacteria was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(χ^2=0.023,P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of Moxifloxacin on the elderly community acquired pneumonia is good, and is safe, which has the promotion value.
