艾普拉唑、莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效观察

目的评价艾普拉唑、莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年12月至2018年6月62例胆汁反流性胃炎患者的临床资料,按用药方案分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组采用莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁治疗,观察组采用艾普拉唑、莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁三联疗法,比较两组用药效果。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为96. 77%(30/31)、74. 19%(23/31),观察组临床症状积分、胆汁反流性胃炎复发率低于对照组,各症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异未见统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论艾普拉唑、莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎效果确切,安全性高。

Observation on the curative effect of epazole and moxiapili combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate on bile reflux gastritis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of alprazole,moxapili combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate on bile reflux gastritis. Methods Sixty-two patients with bile reflux gastritis admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(n=31) and the observation group( n = 31) by stratified randomized grouping. The control group was treated with moxapili combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate,and the observation group was treated with epazole and moxapili combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate. The effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and the control group was 96. 77%( 30/31) and 74. 19%( 23/31),respectively. The clinical symptom score and recurrence rate of bile reflux gastritis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the disappearance time of each symptom was shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0.05).Conclusions The effect of alprazole,moxapili combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate on bile reflux gastritis is exact and the safety is high.
