体部恶性肿瘤的立体定向放射治疗(附21例近期疗效)

目的：报道立体定向放射治疗体部恶性肿瘤的近期疗效。方法：对原采用放射治疗的病变，如肺癌，分次立体定向放射作为追加剂量，每次５￣７Ｇｙ，共４￣７次；对原不适合放射治疗的病变，如胰腺癌，则单用立体定向放射治疗，每次５￣７Ｇｙ，共６￣７次。结果：总有效率为６６．７％，４例死亡。３例胰腺癌均于治疗后５￣６个月死于肿瘤未控。６例脊椎转移瘤疼痛症状均完全缓解。结论：立体定向放射治疗可得到良好的姑息甚至根治的疗

Stereotactic Radiotherapy of Malignancies in Thorax and Abdomen

PurposeToreport the methods and results of stereotactic radiotherapy of malignancies in the thoraxand abdomen． Materials and MethodsFrom Nov． 1997 to Sep． 1998，21 patients withmalignancies in thorax and abdomen were treated by combined fractionated stereotacticradiotherapy and／or fractionated stereotactic radiation alone． For the tumor which wastreated with radiotherapy such as lung cancer，the fractionated stereotactic radiotherapywas given as booster of radiotherapy（20～35Gy in 5～7 fractions．）． For the tumornot indicated for radiotherapy like cancer of pancreas，fractionated stereotacticradiotherapy was given alone for radical or palliative treatment． ResultsThe overalleffective rate was 66．7％，4 cases died，and 3 cases of pancreatic cancer died ofuncontrolable tumor within 5～6 months but without pain． ConclusionFractionatedstereotactic radiotherapy alone or combined with conventional radiotherapy is effective inthe treatment of malignancies of thorax and abdomen．
