| 摘 要： | 生物信息学是建立在牛物学和信息科学基础上的一门新兴学科,基因组信息学、蛋白质的结构模拟以及药物设计是牛物信息学的三个组成部分.随着基冈绀学的发展,寄生虫病的研究进入分子水半,彤成r分子寄生虫学这一门新兴学科.随着寄生虫的基因和蛋白质数据的激增,生物信息学在寄生虫学研究中的重要性越来越突出了.

| Abstract: | Bioinformatics is a novel subject based on biology and informaties.It incorporates genome bioinformatics,protein structure modeling and drug design.With the rapid development of genomics,parasitological research has stepped into molecular level,and becomes a new subject named molecular parasitology.As the surge of gene and protein information,the role of bioinformatics in parasitological research becomes more and more important. |
