丙泊酚与异氟醚麻醉对急性颅脑外伤患者血清S100B和NSE的影响

摘    要:目的:比较丙泊酚与异氟醚麻醉对急性脑外伤患者血清S100B和NSE的影响,比较其脑保护作用。方法:136例急性脑外伤患者在全身麻醉下行血肿清除术,按麻醉药物不同分为丙泊酚组及异氟醚组(n=68)。分别比较两者患者在手术前、手术开始2h、手术结束时的血清S100B和NSE。结果:两组患者S100B和NSE在手术2h及术毕均显著高于术前(P〈0.05)。手术前两组患者的血清S100B和NSE无差异(P〉0.05);手术结束时,丙泊酚组的血清S100B和NSE均显著低于异氟醚组(P〈0.05)。结论:患者在急性颅脑外伤手术时血清S100B和NSE含量均显著升高,丙泊酚与异氟醚都能显著降低这些物质,但丙泊酚作用更强,提示丙泊酚脑保护作用优于异氟醚。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of propofol and isoflurane on serum S100B and NSE levels of patients with acute cranial trauma and compare the cerebral protective effect.Method: 136 cases with acute cranial trauma undergoing urgent operation were enrolled and were divided into two groups according to anesthetic regimen: propofol group and isoflurane group.Serum levels of S100B and NSE were measured by ELISA in two groups before the surgery,2 hours after the surgery was started,and at the end of surgery.Result: Serum levels of S100B and NSE in two groups 2 hours after surgery was started and at the end of surgery were higher than that before the surgery(P0.05).Serum levels of S100B and NSE in propofol group at the end of surgery were lower than that in isoflurane group(P0.05).Conclusion: Both propofol and isoflurane can reduce serum levels of S100B and NSE of patients with acute cranial trauma,indicating that they can exert cerebral protective effects,but propofol is superior to isoflurane.
