| 摘 要： | 目的探讨气囊上滞留物的清除对呼吸机相关性肺炎的发病率的影响。方法将58例气管插管的患者随机分为观察组和对照组：观察组行气囊上滞留物的清除；对照组未予气囊上滞留物的清除。观察2组患者的呼吸机相关性肺炎的发病率。结果观察组发生率明显低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论通过清除气囊上的滞留物可以降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effect of cleaning up the subglottic secretion on the morbidity of ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods 58 patients undergoing tracheal intubation were divided randomly into observational group and control group.The observational group were treated with cleaning up the subglocttic secrection and the control group were not so treated.The incidence of VAP then was recorded in each group.Results There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It suggests that cleaning up the subglottic secretion can degrade the incidence of VAP. |
