2009-2010四川省生活饮用水用聚氯化铝检测质量分析

目的 对聚氯化铝的检测分析指标、方法及评价进行探讨,同时抽检2009-2010年四川省生产和使用水处理剂聚氯化铝的卫生状况.方法 对四川省的生产单位、使用单位所生产、使用的水处理剂聚氯化铝按省卫生厅的要求进行卫生监督抽样检测,并按卫生部《生活饮用水化学处理剂卫生安全评价规范》(2001)进行评价.结果 2009-2010年抽检生产单位和使用单位的水处理剂聚氯化铝为2009年39件,合格22件,合格率56.4％;2010年12件,合格10件,合格率83.3％.结论 2009-2010年抽检生产单位和使用单位的水处理剂聚氯化铝检测合格率较低,应加强卫生监督的力度,强化质量意识,规范生产单位的生产控制过程,确保聚氯化铝的质量以用于饮水净化处理.

Quality Analysis of Poly Aluminium Chloride for Treatment of Water in Sichuan Province,2009-2010

Objective To discuss the analysis and evaluation indices and methods of polyaluminium chloride,also to carry out supervision and sampling inspection to collect data on hygienic state of the polyaluminium chloride(water treatment chemical) manufactured and used in Sichuan province in 2009-2010.Methods Hygienic supervision and sampling inspection of polyaluminium chloride manufactured and used in the whole province were conducted as the requirements of Department of Health,and the results were evaluated according to Standard for Hygienic Safety Evaluation of Chemicals Used in Drinking Water Treatment 2001 of the Ministry of Health.Results The conformity rates of polyaluminium chloride as a water treatment chemical were 56.4%(22/39) and 83.3%(12/12) in 2009 and 2010,respectively.Conclusion The conformity rate of polyaluminium chloride manufactured and used in Sichuan in 200-2010 was low.Therefore,hygienic supervision and quality consciousness should be enhanced,and process control of manufacturers should be normalized to ensure the quality of polyaluminium chloride for purification treatment of drinking water.
