2008-2010年南宁市儿童流感监测

目的了解南宁市儿童流感流行动态,为儿童流感的防治提供科学依据。方法对南宁市2008-2010年的儿童流感样病例(ILI)监测资料、病毒分离鉴定结果进行分析。结果 3年共监测病例总数407 773例,流感样病例就诊百分比为36.58%。采样1 861例,分离出病毒140株,病毒分离率为7.52%,其中季A型H1N1亚型16株、新甲型H1N119株、季A型H3N2亚型57株、B(Victoria)型30株、B(Yamagata)型18株。结论 2008-2010年南宁市儿童流感流行的优势株为A型H3N2亚型,应进一步加强对流感的监测,注意流感病毒变异株的出现和流行趋势。

Children Influenza Monitoring in Nanning,2008-2010

Objective To understand the epidemic situation of influenza among children in Nanning,provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of children influenza.Methods Surveillance files,virus isolation and identification results of children influenza-like illness(ILI) cases in Nanning during 2008-2010 were analyzed.Results Totally 407 773 cases were monitored during 3 years,in which cases with influenza like illness(ILI) accounted for 36.58%.Collected 1 861 samples,from which 140 strains of influenza virus were isolated(7.52%).Among the virus isolated,16 strains were type A(H1N1),19 strains were new type A(H1N1),57 strains were type A(H3N2),30 strains were type B(Victoria),18 strains were type B(Yamagata).Conclusion From 2008 to 2010,the predominant strain of Nanning children’s flu epidemic was type A(H3N2).The influenza monitoring should be further strengthened,and the emergence of influenza virus variants and its epidemic trend should be attentioned.
