2007-2009年金牛区吸毒人群HIV、HCV和梅毒感染调查

目的了解在金牛区范围内活动的吸毒人群HIV、HCV、梅毒感染现况,评价艾滋病综合防治措施实施3年的效果。方法以哨点监测结合主动监测的方法,对辖区内吸毒人群进行综合监测和问卷调查,对抽样人群采取自愿采血检测HIV病毒。结果共采样监测调查1 200人,总体HIV阳性率3.50%,梅毒阳性率0.58%,HCV阳性率23.50%。其中2007-2009年HIV阳性率分别为4.00%、4.75%和1.75%;2010年梅毒阳性率为1.75%,HCV阳性率为70.50%。结论金牛区辖区范围内HIV感染控制措施整体效果较好,应在加强监测控制力度的同时做好对易感人群的健康教育,控制AIDS的传播,确保医疗输血安全和社会稳定。

HIV,HCV,Syphilis Infection Status of Drug Users in Jinniu District of Chengdu,2007-2009

Objective To investigate the infection status of HIV,HCV,syphilis of drug users in Jinniu district,to appraise the effect of comprehend measures to control AIDS for 3 years.Methods With the sentinel surveillance and positive surveillance combined,drug users in Jinniu district were conducted comprehend monitoring and questionnaire investigation,blood samples of sampling population were collected volunerably for HIV test.Results Totally 1 200 drug users were investigated,the total positive rate of HIV,syphilis and HCV was 3.50%,0.58% and 23.50% respectively,the positive rate of HIV in 2007,2008 and 2009 was 4.00%,4.75% and 1.75% respectively,in 2009 the positive rate of syphilis and HCV was 1.75% and 70.50%.Conclusion The measures to control the infection of HIV and HCV were effective,the surveillance and control as well as the health education to the susceptible people should be enhanced to control the AIDS transmission,ensure the security of medical blood transfusion and the stabilization of society.
