摘    要:目的了解高密市食品中小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌及动物带菌情况。方法 2006-2010年采集家畜家禽粪便、冷冻食品共2 097份,4℃冷增菌后用选择性培养基进行病原菌分离培养并作生化鉴定,将可疑菌株做进一步的血清学鉴定和生物分型及毒力检测。结果 2 097份标本中分离出131株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,总的检出率为6.25%,其中O∶3(携带毒力基因ail+、ystA+、rbfc+)和O∶9血清型的检出率分别为0.76%和1.52%。108株仅携带ystB基因(82.44%);26株不携带任何基因(19.85%)。131株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌分布在3个生物型,其中生物1A型占74.80%;生物3型占1.52%;生物4型占0.76%。结论本地区存在致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,有感染人和动物及引起食源性型疾病的可能,因此必须加大该菌的监测力度,以预防小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌病的感染流行。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution of Yersinia eterocolitica in food and the situation of Yersinia eterocolitica carried by animals.Methods Totally 2 097 livestock,poultry faeces and frozen-food specimens were collected.Strain enrichment was performed by using hosphate-buffered saline with sorbitol and bile salts(PSB) at 4°C,and then the strains were inoculated onto Yersinia selective agar(cefsulodin-Irgasan-novobiocin agar).Suspected stains was further tested serologic,biologic types and PCR which detected virulence gene.Rusults There were 131 Yersinia enterocolitica stains detected from 2 097 specimens.The total isolation rate was 6.25%,in which prevalence serelogic type O∶3(carrying ail+、ystA+、 rbfc+)and O∶9 were isolated,the isolation rate was 0.76%and 1.52 % respectively.Strains only with ystB gene accounted for 82.44%,and strains with none of the genes accounted for 19.85%.131 Yersinia enterocolitica stains was divided into 3 biologic types,1A type,3 type and 1A type,accounted for 74.80%,1.52%,and 0.76% respectively.Conclusion Yersinia enterocolitica pathogenic stainsexist in this area,which indicated the possibility of human and animals infection,as well as food-borne disease.The bacteria monitoring efforts should be enforced to prevent the prevalence of Yersinia enterocolitica pathogenesis disease.
