东莞市高中生近视现况及影响因素

目的了解东莞市高中生近视现况及其主要影响因素,为近视的有效预防提供依据。方法应用整群抽样方法,抽取东莞市5所高级中学10个班级546名高一学生,对所抽取的学生进行视力检查和问卷调查。结果东莞高中生近视患病率为75.8%,视力检查间隔时间、每天看电视的时间、上网或看电视时是否戴眼镜、是否有学习压力、每天看书时间等5个因素为近视的影响因素。结论东莞市高中学生近视患病率较高,与用眼卫生不良有关,应加强健康教育及行为干预,从而预防及降低近视的发生。

Myopia Prevalence and Risk factors Among Senior Middle School Students in Dongguan

Objective To explore the current status and risk factors of shortsightedness of senior middle school students in Dongguan,and provide scientific reference for myopia prevention.Methods With cluster sampling method,546 students from 10 classes were selected in 5 senior middle schools in Dongguan.Questionnaire survey and eyesight investigation were carried out among these students.Results The prevalence rate of myopia was 75.8% among senior middle school students in Dongguan,the myopia was effected by five factors,such as interval of eyesight check-up,time of watching television,stress of learning,time of reading,etc.Conclusion The prevalence rate of myopia among senior middle school students in Dongguan is high,and related to poor eye health.Health education and behavior intervention should be strengthened to prevent and reduce the incidence of myopia.
