| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医院临床科室综合效益评价方法。方法采用TOPSIS法对某院临床科室2001-2005年的指标进行综合评价。结果该院几年来一直处于不断向前发展的态势,综合实力逐渐增强,脑外、神内、肛肠3大科室综合效益始终位于前列。以妇产科发展最快。结论利用TOPSIS法进行综合评价,结果客观、可信,能为管理层决策提供参考依据。 |
